One of the best offices to deal with, Sherry is a gem and always does her best to help where she can. Never had an issue with her. Abbotsford branch is our go to when we are stuck and 9/10 times they always have a solution for us, the only time not is when its out of their hands. One of the few branches that actually reaches out to or replies to emails to let us know how our shipment is and if there is a hold or delay allowing us to reach out to our customer in a timely manner. Pleasure to deal with.
Livingston, Huntington Branch 817 is invaluable to us as a carrier and is a pleasure to work with. Sherry and whomever is there in her absence works quickly and efficiently to facilitate our border clearances for us. Their responses quick and always doing whatever they can in order to keep our shipments from being held up from crossing the border. We could only hope for all Livingston branches to share the same excellent level of service Huntington provides us.
Sherry and her team is extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond, even when issues pop up at odd hours. They guided us through complicated customs paperwork, explained everything clearly, and kept our shipments moving without delays. I would like to state again Sherry is the best!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sherry Postnikoff and her entire group are hands down the best group I have worked with in my 20 years of importing and exporting. Shipments are handled quickly and efficiently and that is truly appreciated especially! Sherry and her group have saved us a ton on demurrage charges due to their efficiency. I cannot recommend them enough. We have some carriers who will literally cross at Huntingdon just because of this group. The carriers know they won't get the run around with Sherry's folks!
The Huntingdon branch has for many years been pro active, above & Beyond helpful. Sherry is wonderful to deal with always helping to clear the shipment on time & reply back if they need any extra paperwork.
