Worst company ever. Please for the love of God please don't use them
Sent in docs at 1:30 Friday. It is now 8pm Saturday. The docs still haven't been reviewed, and its an hour waiting on hold to speak to someone. Beyond ridiculous
Absolutely the worst customs broker. Really incompetent and slow. So hard to get hold of these guys and their customer service gives different stories every time you call them. no accountability. Waste of time.
Very bad costumer service. I came before opening at 7:55 AM. Now it’s almost 9:30 Am and I am still waiting here.Both ladies are working on other new coming drivers and keep me ignoring.
Do not care about driver wait times on border. This is not the first time, expect to wait for 5-6 hours on the border even when you have sent the documents 8 hours prior. Stupid organization.
