Garbage broker. Used to be one of the best but now everyone is done through India call centers and nothing gets accomplished. I simple entry can take days.

If I could give a zero I would. Livingston has to be literally the worst customs broker and the sad part is, they do nothing about it. A driver can be sitting for 6,7,8+ hours and they still don't take in consideration that drivers have set hours. I don't understand why anyone would choose them as a customs brokers. It is disgusting to see such a big company who will do nothing to fix all these issues we trucking companies are having. I don't know how this company can stay in business. On a normal day a shipment takes at least 24 hours to be cleared. Now with their one of many outages you're lucky to get cleared within a week. And then you sit on hold for 45 minutes listening to them advertising their pathetic service, only to get hung up on when you finally reach your turn. Please! Do not EVER use this company as your broker!
