The absolute worst experience dealing with a customs broker I have ever had. 18hrs of delays. Mistake after mistake. Every time a mistake needs to be corrected it takes 5 hrs to get new paperwork sent back with yet another mistake. Avoid at all costs. If a customer even mentions Livingston just forget about.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Worse than AT&T. Customs process was a mess, terrible communications. Now a month later they keep trying to charge my credit card for $19k for a shipment we never did. They even told me they mistyped our account number on someone else's shipment, yet every morning I get an email they are unable to process my payment and to call immediately. Day after day I get reassured it will be corrected, but a week later still demanding payment. Utter incompetence
Garbage broker. Used to be one of the best but now everyone is done through India call centers and nothing gets accomplished. I simple entry can take days.
Bad expirence every time I'm stuck having to use Livingston. Always taking 8+ hours and to get cleared. Unprofessional staff and inconsiderate towards the driver
If I could give a zero I would. Livingston has to be literally the worst customs broker and the sad part is, they do nothing about it. A driver can be sitting for 6,7,8+ hours and they still don't take in consideration that drivers have set hours. I don't understand why anyone would choose them as a customs brokers. It is disgusting to see such a big company who will do nothing to fix all these issues we trucking companies are having.
