Giving them 1 🌟 because can't post without it, terrible people even when system is up running properly, now it's even worse, I have been waiting at coustoms 32hrs now, all in the name our processing department has responded to you, but nothing sent nor emailed to me, they just say whatever you wanna hear over the phone to just get by. I've never been happy using them , poor and poor service
If I had a choice, I would never deal with any of the Livingston offices. The delays in getting a load cleared is beyond ridiculous. If it were only occasionally, it wouldn't be so bad, but it has gotten worse over the last few decades (if that is even possible). Worst service ever!!
Quick and efficient. In and out, 10 minutes. And when they're closed, paperwork is in the customs office waiting for you
They looked after a shipment, with complications and got it done on a Friday afternoon! Very grateful that they were able to work through a mistake on my part.
