I am writing to share my experience with Livingston, particularly your Kingsgate branch. Firstly, as inbound customs clerk in Calgary, I have to say that it is very rare for pars to not clear when I send to Livingston in general. When I send a pars to Livingston I do not worry about that shipment. In addition, Livingston is one of the top communicators if there happens to be an issue with a shipment.
