They went beyond unprofessional. Not responding to their emails and phone calls. We spent 3 days to complete a bond and BOA and finally was completed with the wrong address. After realizing that, i have sent them an email to correct the address on their documents, but no answer what so ever. Now it has been five days trying to get a hold of them to work on the shipment and the answer was it it on hold. I asked what is the hold what i can and no response after . We had no issue with them helping us with the bond to ship a new boat across the Canadian Border but for a year since they have been trying to con me into paying another $675 for a 'Continuous Bond' that allows me to go back and forth. I have advised numerous times, in writing, and even been acknowledged that I was not planning on every taking the boat back across the border again but they continue to send monthly invoices trying to con me into paying it.
