They are great. We use them once or twice a year for exporting material to Canada. They are quick and efficient and we have never experienced or problems or delays crossing the border 5 stars
Hope there was a option to give negative stars here. One of the Industry’s shitiest broker. They have no respect of time. Took the six hours to start working on a shipment and total 8 hours. With people working from homes, they just don’t want to work. Nobody is taking your calls, have to call 3-4 times for them to pick up a call. Their service is completely gone down the drain.
If I could give minus, would give them. Worst service. First you have to wait like 30 mins to talk to someone & then different representatives tell different things. My shipment got delayed as load was not cleared on time by then. Please do yourself a favor & don’t use them.
I would also give negative stars if I can. Worst customer service, irresponsible, unresponsive. Not only that, they will not pay their invoice for months and ignore all emails.... By far, THE WORST!
I worked there for a couple of months. Hope that things have improved. The benefits are average, nothing to go for.
