Livingston International has been the worst customs broker experience of my entire trucking career. I sent all my documents, and they still couldn’t clear a simple shipment. Hands-down the most useless and unprofessional customs broker I’ve ever dealt with. I sent all my documents to Livingston International at 2 AM, and after 7+ hours, nothing was cleared. My team drivers are literally stuck at the border because of their complete lack of urgency. Their staff gives zero proper answers, no updates, no accountability — just delays and confusion. If you want your freight delayed, your drivers stranded, and your patience destroyed, Livingston is the perfect company. Otherwise, stay far away.
Always have problems with Livingston unless it's directly with one of their AG Teams. Unbelievable that people still use them as a customs broker. If something is wrong with your shipment they won't communicate. Dealt with them on over 100 shipments for customers and cross my fingers every time. Newcomers be warned.
Negative 5 stars. I would never send my worst enemy here. They have robots as csr's with the same responses. They have very incompetent leadership. Going through the reviews, they copy and paste the same responses from the owner underneath reviews like the one they'll send me. As a driver, it is important to us that we don't have long waits. An hour or 2 is acceptable, but sitting for 6+ hours is unacceptable. Do better or don't do business.
