This review is for Queenston Lewiston side Brokers of Livingston. The lady with Mole on the face at evening shifts doesn’t want to work properly. She was yelling at me, dispatchers. I requested her that i need some printouts and i ll pay her. She charged me $25 USD for 38 pages. On top of that, she didn’t even wanted to come out of her chair. Just roaming here and there in the office and yelling. If you don’t want to do the job, why don’t you quit ??
Worst custom broker ever used, no one is answerable directly to consumers. the one who's answering have no clue what's happening with the shipments. they don't even contact themself if any error in documentation however they'll ask every time your callback number but they'll never call back.
Amazing team, we love working with branch 438, all other reviews you see is regarding a large company not a specific team by this address. Anytime we have an issue we contact branch 438 and they always there to help, quickly responding and extremely helpful
Not sure why customers choose livingston for clearance Each time our drivers wait more than 10-11 hours.
