My experience with Livingston International. Was a 5 star. They were very helpful in filling all the new forms out. And even contacted me in person To assist.. Very easy to talk to. And very, very helpful.
Donno who you had driving in ound on the 118 here in Nova Scotia but he was ALL over the road. Called the cops but not likely to catch him since I wasn't able to get a truck number. It's raining, high winds and he took a turn so hard he swerved into another lane narrowly missing 3 other cars, my self included. He was tailgating me and others as well. Hope he is going red before he kills someone!! Hope your company get sued
I received a quote in early February for the month of May. Ever since, I have been trying to call the Halifax office and NO ONE EVER PICKS THE PHONE. Why even bother to provide quotes to customers when you clearly don't want the business? I have left hundreds of voicemails and no one has ever called me back. Thank goodness, you guys didn't pick the call because if you did and I went through with you people, I would have had panic attacks if you later ignored my calls like this once my shipping was in transit.
Outstanding customer service. They assisted us every step of the way to setup our account and get our first shipment processed. Very relieved to have professional, knowledgeable, and courteous contacts to guide us. Couldn't have done it without this amazing team!
If 0 starts would be possible...you know the drill. whenever you call their number, no one will EVER pick up the phone. I called 17 times in the last 90 minutes. So why not send an email? Probably because the emails bounce back. It seems that nobody wants to work and they are trying everything to stay away from customers as much as possible. Never go with this company if you have a choice. I would like to give a positive review but i simply dont have a choice.
