This broker doesn't deserve any star because their customs clearance team and customer service are top worse in the industry. So I will recommend to the shipper receiver to avoid them because all the time they took 24 hours for 30 minutes job . My driver is always stuck at the border, and you will never get firm answer from the driver contact centre. They are just trained with some particular lines to tell over the phone, but no result. 2nd week of December 2022, the driver was stuck at the border for 6 days. That was he ... read more

This office here, in particular Nicole always goes above and beyond to help our carrier clear insane fast. I can't say the other parts of Livingston are as good, but this location is very helpful and fast. Thank you team for always working so fast.
