I have dealt with Livingston Branch 445 for years. I usually deal with Nicole Brabant there. Her service has always been excellent. She is by far the best broker agent I have ever dealt with. She keeps us informed on the status of our loads and informs us if there is any issues at all.
The Oldcastle Branch is by far the best. Nichole Brabant is the best agent there. She is super good at her job. She takes care of all issues quick and efficient and reaches out to correct problems she catches. No other broker does that. We all enjoy working with her and she makes our shipments go fast and smooth. Never have to worry about your shipment when Nichole is on the job!
The staff at this office are amazing! They are always willing to help and understand the urgency of shipments. They are always polite. They communicate well if there is a problem and assist with working through any issues or problems. Thank you for all you do.
