Livingston overcharged a few hundred dollars and didn't inform us. After I caught that, I been chasing them for the refund since November of last year. As far as today, still no refund received and they barely responded to my messages :(

Anita Condon went above and beyond to help get a shipment cleared over the weekend that would have had some trucks stuck at the border. Her responsiveness and willingness to help us in a time of need is greatly appreciated. Hopefully higher ups at Livingston see this and give her well deserved recognition!
