Livingston International made it very easy to import an engine from the US. I was quite nervous about the process as I had never done this before but they helped me along the way and did all the work for me. I can't believe it was that easy! They gave me peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Onboarding with Livingston has been well organized and timely with a great level of support along the way. We were able to get on quick phone calls with their team with any questions and they walked us through all the documentation. It has been such a sigh of relief for us as we grow into new markets.

I have never seen such a poor and dirty brokerage service. They take 24 every time for every shipment
Livingston overcharged a few hundred dollars and didn't inform us. After I caught that, I been chasing them for the refund since November of last year. As far as today, still no refund received and they barely responded to my messages :(
