The service and support provided by our customer service rep was beyond what I expected. As a customer of Livingston for over 35 years I can say they are only getting better.
The comment below is obviously left by someone that has no idea how international trade works. I would thrust Livingston's team in Moncton, NB 24hrs/7days week and 365 days a year. The individuals working at this location are part of the elite of workforce of trades in New-Brunswick. I highly recommend it. Do not trust other brokers nor comments below. These hard working individuals are part of the big reason behind Livingston's success internationally and the reason why they are still in business in the maritime.
ALWAYS late for clearances. They hang up on me 1/3 of the time. They read from Cue cards and don't really listen to you, they're customer service is no help. I recommend Deringer

Customer service and ability to actually take responsibility is nonexistent in their Moncton branch. Highly recommend you look elsewhere.
