I would give negative 10 stars if I could . Livingston is Straight up trash broker . Last few weeks it has taken them 3 to 5 hours on available to get an open file on loads . And when u call for help it’s 15mins to 40mins on hold and they all say the same bullshit and some of the workers phones r trash and they don’t talk 🤣 . Like today they cleared my load then 2 mins after cancel it , didn’t tell anyone . Us customs told me . Thanks Livingston’s. Strong dissatisfaction with Livingston International as a customs broker. As a trucking company owner with years of experience in the industry, and having received warnings about them during my dispatcher training, I can confidently say that many others I know would agree that if given a choice, we would not hire them. My experience has been one of unlimited waiting and unprofessional behavior, making them the worst in class.
