Waiting for 10 hrs for the shipment that they have all documents and when asking provide me why load is on hold they say can't tell anything. Garbage management
It's unbelievable that LIVINGSTON is allowed to continue running. You're guaranteed serious delay and bad service anytime by them. Been sitting at the border for over 30 hours and still waiting for simple clearance. How hard can that be? Brenda in the office is a very kind lady but obviously her hands are tied. Stay away from these brokers if you have need for professional company. ŹERO star for them!!!

They are very Prompt in Response.
By far the worst broker company to deal with. Period. Incapable of getting freight cleared and making sense of paperwork that a 2 year old could make sense of. 6 hours and a dozen phone calls, still could not figure it out.
