I have been dealing with Livingston for almost 35 years. for the most part they have no changed. and I can say they are one of the worst brokers out there. and ever since they Unionized they just got much worse. I believe in giving credit where credit is due no matter what, most of my experience with them has not been positive. I am seeing the response from the so called owner. Worst,Worst,Worst,Worst broker. after 8 hours waiting load still not clear. when I'm call livingston he have one same answer [Team members working on ur shipment]. I don't know who guy sitting 13 August 2024 night time sarnia office. when I called second time he is talk me very rudely and loudly. Livingston have very unprofessional staff.
System is down… again Full truck parking on Canadian and the US sides because Livingston system is down again. 3rd day drivers turned away from the border back to the US and live at truck stops. Every time you have to wait then you “lucky” to get custom clearance with them but 3rd day is unbelievable. I hope it will be the last day. Customers - please find another broker. Livingston- do not take jobs you can not handle…
