Deal with Livingston’s every week and always very helpful. Whenever I do have an issue Mary Ann McDowell is always there to help me and it is very appreciated.

Worst,Worst,Worst,Worst broker. after 8 hours waiting load still not clear. when I'm call livingston he have one same answer [Team members working on ur shipment]. I don't know who guy sitting 13 August 2024 night time sarnia office. when I called second time he is talk me very rudely and loudly. Livingston have very unprofessional staff.

I have been dealing with Livingston for almost 35 years. for the most part they have no changed. and I can say they are one of the worst brokers out there. and ever since they Unionized they just got much worse. I believe in giving credit where credit is due no matter what, most of my experience with them has not been positive. I am seeing the response from the so called owner.
