Worst,Worst,Worst,Worst broker. after 8 hours waiting load still not clear. when I'm call livingston he have one same answer [Team members working on ur shipment]. I don't know who guy sitting 13 August 2024 night time sarnia office. when I called second time he is talk me very rudely and loudly. Livingston have very unprofessional staff.
They still suck. Phoned an hour ago and they said someone was working on the shipment. Just phoned now and they said they will assign it to someone soon. Not able to give a time frame. Aaron on Team 1 won't give the call center any other info other than he will assign it to a processor soon. We have been waiting for 7 hours so far. Ridiculous.
I have been dealing with Livingston for almost 35 years. for the most part they have no changed. and I can say they are one of the worst brokers out there. and ever since they Unionized they just got much worse. I believe in giving credit where credit is due no matter what, most of my experience with them has not been positive. I am seeing the response from the so called owner. System is down… again Full truck parking on Canadian and the US sides because Livingston system is down again. 3rd day drivers turned away from the border back to the US and live at truck stops. Every time you have to wait then you “lucky” to get custom clearance with them but 3rd day is unbelievable. I hope it will be the last day. Customers - please find another broker. Livingston- do not take jobs you can not handle…
Driver on Border since morning But again Livingston Indexing have issue Delivery is by appointment and because of Livingston incompetency , driver have to sit I dont know many days at receiver. Livingston- If you can handle pls dont do this business...This Year itself- this is happening for 3rd time in a row This time OWNER wont even Respond because they dont have any answer too....USELESS
