ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE: Do NOT Use Livingston Broker! I am beyond livid right now. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the first time this has happened, but it is officially the last. My experience with Livingston International has been nothing short of horrific. I needed a customs broker for a machine shipment from overseas and I contacted Livingston - at first, they seemed attentive and helpful. That quickly soured. They gave me all these names and numbers to the people on my "accounts team" - I'm assuming they are all made up humans because during the process, I contacted each email, phone number, left voicemails, and NO ONE ever got back to me.
