My experience with Livingston International has been nothing short of horrific. I needed a customs broker for a machine shipment from overseas and I contacted Livingston - at first, they seemed attentive and helpful. That quickly soured. They gave me all these names and numbers to the people on my "accounts team" - I'm assuming they are all made up humans because during the process, I contacted each email, phone number, left voicemails, and NO ONE ever got back to me. Back before Affiliated merged with Livingston they were a great company to work with. Since the merger with Livingston customer service is horrible!!! Have shipments not clearing in a timely manner drivers getting stuck at the border etc... Can't get in touch with anyone to fix problems.
