Very disappointing experience with Livingston International. As first-time importers, we expected our customs broker to provide clear guidance and proactively manage the process. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. Our team at Metbec had to follow up repeatedly to make sure important steps were not forgotten and that the import process was progressing correctly. Custom clearance for international shipment was new to me. Maureen Harding from the Toronto office was fantastic to work with. They handled everything and explained the process the whole way. A great experience

Hello iam importing a CNC router from China and needed a good customs broker and the comapny my girlfriend works for ABB Canada she said to use Livingston very happy i did as i know nothing about importing Dolly Nazereth made my importing journey easy !!! I highly recommend Livington for all your import or export needs very professional

No customer service for one time shipments on the weekend, I was told everything was good to go with my shipment so I sent a driver to pick up the shipment. Then I’m informed that not everything is done on the Livingston end.. very disappointing.

Great company and Ana Mercedes was an amazing person to deal with. It is my first time as an importer and Ana was very patient with me and directed me to what I had to do. again great service.
