Worst and most unethical broker in Canada. Not sure why they still exist…. Shipments held for no reason, and absolutely no way to reach anyone if you need them. No-one answers the phone, no one replies to the numerous emails you send and no-one cares about your business or the money you are losing by the minute. . 1 800 line answered by people who do not speak english and know nothing about your business. Worst customs broker I've ever dealt with, spent 4 days clearing 1 container and still not released, a 30-48mins task. Highly unreliable.
Too slow clearing loads in the evenings and weekends, crossing from usa to Canada. Drivers get stuck at the borders, and run out of log book hours, costing companies money Livingston is probably my least favorite broker. Poor customer service, poor organization, not enough trained staff for the volume. Remote staff that clearly don't understand the process. No supervisors for escalation
