Industry wide known this is the worst customs broker of all time. Call center in Phillipines, I don’t know who in the world is using Livingston in 2025, so many companies will pay heavy tarrifs only because of Livingston’s incompetence and carriers have been losing time and money waiting for years due to poor service. Industry actually has decent players but these guys stand out due to disgust RUN FAR AWAY
Great company and Ana Mercedes was an amazing person to deal with. It is my first time as an importer and Ana was very patient with me and directed me to what I had to do. again great service.
You really need some nerves to deal with those guys. G.T. who was supposed to call me back for registering on CARM was expressively unmotivated. He didn't respect call back appointments, you need to literally pull every word out of his mouth and ask again and again if he is still on the phone while enduring his undefined mumbling and non responding. No idea where they recruit those folks...
