Not quite sure where to start… Liz has been a blessing to me. You can tell she truly cares and that she loves her job so much that it’s not even a job to her. She’s not a robot just clocking in for a shift. But when she DOES clock in, she’s locked in :) Outside of a session she is extremely responsive. I don’t think I have ever waited more than 3 hours for a response (and of course WE GIVE GRACE ALWAYS bc therapists have lives too!!! but even then …. maybe 6 hours max!?).
