Not sure where to start! They are absolutely fabulous, caring and so easy to deal with. I called today with an outrageous off the wall senerio. I highly recommend this storage company to anyone looking for a safe and reliable place to store equipment or trailers. They have been extremely accommodating in allowing me to store my own storage trailers on their property. The staff is professional, responsive, and great to work with. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand. Any employee I had an interaction with was pleasant and professional. Both renting and cancellation of the unit was seamless and stress free. The units themselves are as advertised, clean and secure.
Awesome customer service. Alyssa was great
The reservation process was smooth! Everyone I spoke to so far at Load & Lock is knowledgeable about the units, the pricing, the move-in process & especially about the availability of the current rentals. I thank Morgan for all of her helpful information & a special shout out to Ron for his efforts to help me get into a LARGE storage unit I am sure to love!
