I’ve used a lot of storage facilities over the years, but Grace has made this experience the easiest by far. It feels like she genuinely cares—something that’s hard to find these days. The place is clean, affordable, and the service is top-notch. I personally am happy about the upgrades, theyre making. Highly recommend Load N Lock Self Storage

Very nice and patient lady to help with my debit transaction cuz it wouldn't go through it first and then finally it did. A very nice storage unit I was able to leave it open while we were loading up the vehicle. Thank you very much. Kelly Dixon

I've been using this place since 2019 and they used to be attentive and understanding. They recently upgraded to a new system and outsourced their customer service so despite a local number, you aren't reaching them directly anymore. Since the new system upgrade to Casting Iron Storage, outsource aside, you are no longer able to do anything with your account other than close your unit or update billing. I cant update my contact info, I can't see my lease or insurance docs, or conveniently see my combo. It affected the pin pa... read more

If I could give no stars I would have. I was a little over a month past due. I called to pay my bill around the end of the second month and found out they had auctioned off all my things. I had everything I ever owned in that storage and they auctioned it for a 300. Dollar bill I owed I even called them and let them know my situation and he said it would be ok. But he kept asking me what was in my storage and I think he saw dollar signs and thats why he did what he did. I called to pay and he said it was all gone and he had ... read more
