Great first impression! I had the opportunity to converse with an online representative who fantastic and literally walked me through multiple units and pricing. She was able to remotely open up gates and even provide me temporary access to each unit. The sign-up process was also flawless. I ran into a few issues with the app however, the local representative drove over and helped me in-person. She was also very helpful and attentive!
I was concerned about holes where rivets were missing. I was told not too worry, they were to small to allow water in. Well, at least 10 boxes got wet and I had to throw out six books that were moldy!!
Someone ransacked my storage! I would be very cautious of storing here! I can’t say what was missing or broken! Staff offered no help when I immediately brought it to their attention! Keep at least a picture of how you left your storage if not a list!
