Great first impression! I had the opportunity to converse with an online representative who fantastic and literally walked me through multiple units and pricing. She was able to remotely open up gates and even provide me temporary access to each unit. The sign-up process was also flawless. I ran into a few issues with the app however, the local representative drove over and helped me in-person. She was also very helpful and attentive!
Someone ransacked my storage! I would be very cautious of storing here! I can’t say what was missing or broken! Staff offered no help when I immediately brought it to their attention! Keep at least a picture of how you left your storage if not a list!
STAY AWAY! If I could do 0 stars I would! We have stored our travel trailer here for 2.5 years and it got broken into and stuff stolen. When brought up to management they keep giving us the run around telling us that someone will reach out to us and still nothing over a week later. Our locks were cut and our door was pried open. Friday, January 26, 2024, I had thought maybe we would move our things to this Johnstown Lockaway Storage location that my wife reserved on January 25th online. Their website said the units were climate controlled. They have some outside units and others inside. We reserved a unit that was supposed to be climate controlled for our temperature sensitive items. We just moved in to this place and it is awesome! Excellent prices, total online move in access, keyless entry, clean nice units and facility. So glad we made the switch!!
