I have been to many different storage places and most of them are awful. I love this storage...it's not a new state of the art facility but it's totally worth it! You can't be the prices, they keep it clean and the manager, Preston is awesome! I can not count the amount of times that he has gone above and beyond to help me out. I am compelled to share my outstanding experience with Preston, the manager at Lockaway Storage. His exceptional management skills have not only improved the facility but also made a tangible difference in the storage community (I would know i have 3 different units in NOCO). He has done a fantastic job handling difficult situations, including addressing homeless encampments with care and efficiency. Very bizarre to read this most recent poor review. We work closely with the same management of this facility and have never had any issues to speak of. To our knowledge, 1st St LockAway is currently under big changes to improve the facility’s security and tenant satisfaction! We would recommend this facility for future tenants. Their management will take care of you!
Over the last 3 months, Lockaway has focused on cleanliness, security and focusing on educating tenants on Lockaway's expectations. I've personally seen the huge improvements. The management team has really made a difference. It's nice to feel more secure at the storage units. I appreciate the changes. Keep it up Lockaway and thanks.
