Process was with a learning curve yet the person was kind and repeated steps and showed us how to use bluetooth. Once I successfully used the mobile device twice it became easier to use. Only confusion was a visible key hole not a touch on entry to hallway was confusing. I briefed label near handle......For entry use your Mobile App selection worded "Building D West", you will not have a key, Bluetooth access only.
We were on a tight timeline and in a pinch. Tamesha, who is a store manager all the way over in Aubrey, drove back to the Celina location just so I could refill a grill propane tank for my daughter’s graduation party. To be honest, she didn’t have to do that, but not only did she come back and fill the tank, she was so personable and did it with a smile. So far, everything’s been super easy and quick, signing up online, making payments, and getting to the storage facility. The app makes things really convenient. My only suggestion would be for them to offer free Wi-Fi, since cell service inside the building isn’t the best. That can make it a little tricky when you’re trying to use your phone to open the storage door. Otherwise, it’s been great, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage!
Tamesha Scott is the ULTIMATE bomb.com! So helpful, personable and knowledgeable of everything! She literally runs the whole place by herself! I don't know what she's being paid...but she definitely needs a RAISE!!!! Very clean facility (thanks to Tamesha), and love the technology with Bluetooth/app access! Convenient location from my residence, and tenants have access to a bathroom which is rare but exceptional. All around great experience!!
Best storage !. They have super wide roads inside the facility. Driving in and out is easy. Super clean. Tamisha the store manager is the best. She explains everything in detail.
