Stopped by this location looking into options for a self storage facility and storage space sizes. I had the pleasure of meeting with Tamesha, who went over lot sizes, facility layout, and security. Tamesha for the win! She’s AWESOME! I previously had public storage a year ago and while moving out of Arrowbrooke (Aubrey, TX) - we quoted them and Lock Away. No need to compare if you’re reading this - Lockaway amortizes to be better pricing (with discount code applied for Arrowbrooke residents) and also does not need a lock based on their technology pre supplied and linked to their mobile app. So glad we came here. Tamesha really is awesome and so kind!
Kamesha is the friendliest person I ever met. Lockaway Storeage is lucky to have her work for them. This is my second leasing with her. I rented a space last year and she was terrific I’m coming back to her because she is the best. My unit is ready and apples. Thank you Kamesha.
We were on a tight timeline and in a pinch. Tamesha, who is a store manager all the way over in Aubrey, drove back to the Celina location just so I could refill a grill propane tank for my daughter’s graduation party. To be honest, she didn’t have to do that, but not only did she come back and fill the tank, she was so personable and did it with a smile. So far, everything’s been super easy and quick, signing up online, making payments, and getting to the storage facility. The app makes things really convenient. My only suggestion would be for them to offer free Wi-Fi, since cell service inside the building isn’t the best. That can make it a little tricky when you’re trying to use your phone to open the storage door. Otherwise, it’s been great, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs storage!
