This facility is excellent and so was the manager Bianca who got us all set up super fast! I showed up with a full 22’ moving truck and was able to enter the facility and start unloading in less than 10 minutes! The storage is kept nice and cool and the security features are super impressive (Bluetooth entry and locks and security alerts). Would definitely recommend this place over an outdoor storage or circle lock location.
Rachel gave me phenomenal customer service as she was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Rachel went above and beyond to explain what I couldn't understand and she was extremely patient while doing so. Thank you so much Rachel, for being such a wonderful employee! I believe Rachel's customer service was the epitome of what authentic, valued and real customer service should be like!
I tried to cancel my unit on the 19th they scheduled me for 20th they said it would take 24 to 48hr for my cancellation I have received nothing but a payment reminder no one will do anything!! they sound helpful but really are not... Still waiting I'm not paying for next month.. when I canceled it in the first place!!!!
Super customer service and a great price for the space! I saved substantially over the other two places I looked at within a half mile. The unit was clean and ready to go. The manager Aiyanna hooked me up! Thanks so much!
My wife is pregnant and went in by herself and purchased a 10x15 storage, later that day I went to move some items and noticed the unit was smaller than expected. Upon measuring the unit I discovered it was only 9 x 11. I feel this is fraud and frankly, it is. when I call and expressed my concerns I was told after the fact that The units aren’t exact, but they are approximate And that it says so online, Like if I was the one who made the mistake for not reading the fine print.
