My experience as of the new owner took over hasn’t been good at all . They’re never there to help and nobody answers the phone and when you leave a massage to call back you never hear from them . My Sister and my Mother pass away at the same month and I have no one to help me empty the units my family left so little by little I am trying but I have a full time job and also a full time Ministry that I am taking the family legacy. DO NOT RENT HERE. 66+ BREAK INS YESTERDAY. They had a massive break in of over 22 units that they knew about without telling anyone else! I found out by showing up to access my unit and it was trashed and many things were stolen. The walls are all drywall, if you have access to even one unit in the building you can access them all. By the time I left the "confirmed" 66+ units. I'm also posting this hoping anyone who rents here sees it and can come check their unit. I have an official police report.
