Get directionsInitial reception was great, Admission coordinator very welcoming. The facility is under renovation - painting, new door trim, and other upgrades. This will look nice, but causes inconvenience to the residents, with the smell of paint, having to dodge ladders, etc. I also observed the staff "play hooky" when the bosses are away, even having parties and leaving the facility without clocking out. I suggested installing security cameras not only to monitor employee attendance, but also because of some mishaps, including patie... read more

I have been really pleased the Rehab Team! Nick and Perry are 10 stars! They have helped regain so much mobility and you can tell they really love what they do. I would recommend anyone to this rehab team.
malevolent 'Director of nursing'; Social worker completely untrustworthy. like most facilities; The upper management are the only ones who control the narrative ! what would i change? fire the Social worker in charge, replace Director of Nursing

CNAs, RNs, personal support staff - I have no complaints other than they are overworked and too few of them. Response time to call button was often 30 minutes. The patient-level staff & the RN were overall caring & friendly. Social worker and management level staff - horrible! Next-to-nothing communication. Social worker rarely returned phone calls, made excuses to not meet in person, and tried to sabotage discharge when requested. Business office - not sure what's going on. Spoke with Reyna mostly - wonderfully kin... read more
My dad has been in 'Loma Linda Post Acute' for over 3 months. I was under the impression he was as supposed to be there for only a few weeks, for rehab, but instead... The times I was able to speak with him seem to indicate he's not getting the professional help he deserves, but rather quite the opposite. More like lack of attention. Being out of state, I solely rely on connecting with him by phone. However, when it comes to contacting the facility, my success rate at getting through is only at about 20%, of all calls, if ev... read more
We drove by this place and it is frankly " a dump", yard has weeds 3 feet high, paint chipping off the outside walls .no parking. Thank goodness we decided to preview before making our decision. Strongly suggest you go by this place first.
DO NOT send your parents here. The food is atrocious, the care is bare minimum, and no one in any department will call you back. Calls go to voice-mail for PT and social services. My parent was told they were too busy to give a bath after 5 days in hospital. Patients and residents would rather have a tiny white bread sandwich instead of the food tray. The food is cold, mushy, and grey. The facility has had piles of dirt outside, and sliders do not work. Inside the wall have not been repaired. TVs do not work in som... read more
