I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Although I booked a 30-minute appointment, Dr Armoogum rushed through the consultation in about 20 minutes and barely took the time to listen to my concerns. He was also extremely rude throughout the appointment, which made the experience even worse. When I asked him to complete an insurance form needed for reimbursement, he said he would do it “when he had time”—even though our appointment wasn’t yet over. My experience was fantastic. The doctor was professional and friendly poo. The doctor listened to my issue, restated it to me and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough throughout the entire visit. In the end, he came up with a good treatment plan that was easy to follow. I would recommend this service while traveling throughout the UK.
Was definitely not happy with the service he provided. I recommend the clients do their homework before visiting this establishment. I would say our hard earned cash was easy money for them. BE CAREFUL
What a joke. The bronze health screen at £180 is NOT done by a GP or consultant but by a health advisor. This make it non claimable for my insurance. Had I known I wouldn't have booked here. Edit : For that price (£180 for 30mins) and considering that it has "Doctors" in its name, one would think that it would be performed by doctors. Very expensive for what it is .
