I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Although I booked a 30-minute appointment, Dr Armoogum rushed through the consultation in about 20 minutes and barely took the time to listen to my concerns. He was also extremely rude throughout the appointment, which made the experience even worse. When I asked him to complete an insurance form needed for reimbursement, he said he would do it “when he had time”—even though our appointment wasn’t yet over. GP was great and thorough. However, I am with Vitality health insurance and I did not know this practice is connected with them (and possibly others) which allows you to pay a significantly reduced price if you book with the insurance, except when booking directly on LDC website, there is no option for this or advice on that this is even possible and how to complete a booking to obtain this. Was definitely not happy with the service he provided. I recommend the clients do their homework before visiting this establishment. I would say our hard earned cash was easy money for them. BE CAREFUL
Comprehensive and efficient blood test options. GP and staff were helpful and friendly and answered any questions and concerns.
My experience was fantastic. The doctor was professional and friendly poo. The doctor listened to my issue, restated it to me and diagnosed the issue. He was very thorough throughout the entire visit. In the end, he came up with a good treatment plan that was easy to follow. I would recommend this service while traveling throughout the UK.
