I was feeling very poorly for almost 2 weeks and waiting for other 4 days for my GP appointment wasn't an option. It was the best decision as I got an efficient treatment and now after 3 days I'm back to the office. Both building and clinic staff were polite and welcoming. The doctor was professional, kind and listened to my concerns. I'm definitely coming back to this clinic when needed!
And that’s why I rarely trust reviews on Google. After reading them I thought it will be tricky to find the clinic and it will take time to go through the security. I literally was in and out of clinic in 15 min with GP seeing me before my appt time because I arrived earlier. Going through security took me about 30 secs, when you enter the building you show your ID and get guest pass, they give you a ticket with barcode you scan that on the gate next to the lift and press floor 37. Same day appointment and friendly staff. Easy to book, fairly easy to find the tallest building in the area, and overall very happy with the advice and compassion received.
I attended the Chiswick clinic not Canary Wharf but could not find the Chiswick one in Google. I visited Dr. Aranzazu Rodriguez recently for some health checks and had an excellent experience. She was extremely informative, gentle, and very knowledgeable throughout the appointment. I felt completely at ease and well cared for. Highly recommend her!
