The receptionist at the health village is absolutely lovely and is always so friendly and welcoming whenever I come. Dr Agne is also great - she listened and gave me holistic advice, was thoughtful about considering my experience, and was friendly, too. The three star review is probably more at the overarching company than this particular branch, but I’ve had some frustrating experiences with the London Doctors Clinic.
