We had a great experience with Lone Wolf Exteriors. Wendi, Jacob, Harrison, and Alex were great communicators and a pleasure to work with. The install crew was so knowledge and put my mind at ease knowing they were behind the work. They went above and beyond my expectations with the little details. Thanks LWE!
Very happy with the overall service. Everyone was very respectful. From working with Brad at the start of the sale who was very considerate of timing while also providing detailed information on what to expect. To working with the install team Juan (installer) and Alex (Project Manager) both were extremely professional and considerate of the house needing to still function during install days. Lonewolf did an excellent job on our home. It all started with the marketer that came by the door. normally i do not answer the door but i did and im happy i did, he is the main reason we moved forward. The salesman was excellent as well. the installation crew did a marvelous job and were courteous and proffessional.we love the windows and would reccommend this company to anyone looking.
Everyone we came in contact with throughout the entire process was very professional and friendly. Cale set our appointment, Randy did our measurements and wrote the order. Juan kept in touch on timing and did our install. Finally Alex and Jonathan came by and did the quality assurance check. All questions were answered and the work was done with high level of attention to detail and cleanliness. We are extremely happy!
Jonathan was delightful to work with. He was polite and kind, answering my concerns and questions. The 2 guys who installed my beautiful windows were also wonderful! It was a great experience to use this company!
