Let’s start with our arrival into Bethel. Lack of taxis made it difficult for us to reach the motel. If it wasn’t for some nice construction workers who took pity on us, we’d probably still be stuck. I bring this up because their website advertises a shuttle to and from the airport, there wasn’t no shuttle. Upon arrival, the staff was nice but it looked dated. The hotel has definitely changed over the years and it's is so refreshing to see how nice it is and how friendly and helpful the staff is. I have been coming for years and this is the best it's ever been. I had such a great visit and I want to shout out to Alexis for the great customer service she gave me. The rooms are very basic, it’s not like it’s a 5 star hotel, but they have everything you need to have a great stay. I was just there in June so the room was extremely hot, they do supply two large fans so that was a big bonus. The front desk employees were great, one did have extreme BODY ODOR but i don’t think the person could help it, but the person made up for it by being super sweet and great at the job.
The Room was very clean and the service was excellent and we loved the location was close to the locations we was visiting. We definitely recommend and will be staying there again next time....
Friendly service at the front desk and polite staff throughout my two day stay at the Long House. Compliments to the hotel manager Brandon West who has improved the hotel immensely. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nicely convenient restaurant at the hotel with great food and prices. Best place to stay in Bethel. I would not venture anywhere else. Compliments to the team that is maintaining the golden standard for hospitality in Bethel. Keep up the great work.
