I stay at the Longhouse numerous times a year for work and every time I have been there, the staff has been extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with the typical appliances necessary for a stay of any length, including a big television! Each room also has a fan for those who get a little warm but don't dare to open the window... and they're pet friendly. Overall, I have always been very satisfied with my stays at Longhouse and would recommend them for travelers to Bethel.
This Hotel in my opinion is the nicest in Bethel. There are friendly employees ready to help you with anythong at anytime. Chris is my favorite employee there. He is such a gentlemen. Great place to stay if you're traveling through Bethel.😁

If I were to have given a review a year ago, or even 6 months ago, it would’ve turned out much different. Before the water was brown there were no phones in the room and security was non existent. The customer service was the worst. The phones went unanswered and when you talked to the employee she was rude and snippy. I have stayed in the hotel about 4 times since July 2023 and have noticed improvements every time I’ve arrived. Water is clearer and hot. Have your tetanus shots. This place is disgusting at best. Stayed for work for a three night stay. No hot water for majority of the stay. When concern was brought up, the manager claimed to have problems with the water heater. Screams from other rooms in the middle of the night. Police escorted 2 patrons at 2am for domestic violence. Carpet ripped and calcium and rust build up all over the restroom.
