Our case was handled by James Murtha. I will agree that the process is smooth and everything is handled in a timely manner from a documents perspective, however, the actual court hearing was a different case. I appeared at the Court hearing and Mr. Murtha actually said "what am I doing here - that I'm wasting my time". I couldn't believe it.
