I hired this firm for an eviction matter and paid $2,450 upfront. After deciding to terminate the case, I asked that they deduct the cost of whatever work had actually been performed and refund the remainder. Instead, they refused to refund anything, and told me they would “do me a favor” and waive a $500 process server/predicate notice fee.
