We were having a great overall experience with this company for pool care, but then we hired them to replace the liner and cover. Mistake!! Job started in March and wasn’t done until August - with lots of drama in between. We decide to reduce our final payment by a small amount for the headache, delay and problems they created. As retaliation, they told us today that they won’t close up for the season, which was scheduled for later this week. Disappointing but oh well! I scheduled them to clean and fill my hot tub. They haven’t showed up. Each time I call Lisa says they will put me on the schedule that day but it never happens. I’ve even stopped by in person and been reassured that I’m on the schedule but to no avail. Not worth the hassle or runaround for the price.

Genuinely nice people. I called in a jam and needed help. The gentleman that answered the phone helped me with a pool heater part and assisted me getting that part in a warehouse in Riverhead. No charge and what a nice thing to do for someone he didn’t even know.
