These people will never see another dime from me. Awful customer service/communication. We didn’t even know what was being done, the workers communicated NOTHING pre/post visit. We were told multiple times “we will send somebody over today” and “our guys work until dark”, both of which are blatant lies. I caught one of their employees lounging on my diving board tanning instead of working, before I could get my phone out to get evidence, one of the other workers pointed to the window I was standing in and the lounging worker... read more

We were having a great overall experience with this company for pool care, but then we hired them to replace the liner and cover. Mistake!! Job started in March and wasn’t done until August - with lots of drama in between. We decide to reduce our final payment by a small amount for the headache, delay and problems they created. As retaliation, they told us today that they won’t close up for the season, which was scheduled for later this week. Disappointing but oh well!
