Been there many times and never an unreasonable wait. I’m always greeted with enthusiasm building on the customer experience. They schedule to allow for reasonable Q&A interaction with their patients which makes me believe they have intentionally designed quality into a lean process. I never feel as if I’m hampering throughout.
Have been to several Dermatologist and was very happy meeting staff and the Doctor. I will quote from the doctor saying I m very particular. Never heard that before and really put me more comfortable in the surroundings. Very happy with Longhorn Dermatology.
I messed up and arrived 30 + minutes late for my appointment. They were very understanding and luckily PA Elyse Reed was able to see me. She gave me the same efficient and effective care as I usually receive from Dr Ransdell! I really appreciate the entire team at Longhorn Dermatology!
I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience! I felt like a VIP. Elise, the PA, gave me a very detailed examination and explained every dot on my aging body. She made me feel very safe in my skin.
This was my first visit to this independent full service DERMATOLOGY office! I was seen by Elys, the physician assistant. She was absolutely so knowledgeable, thorough and her skill set was fantastic! She did 5 biopsies as well as scrape and burn on a # of lesions! She was so effective and efficient. Her nurse was ALLSTAR and welcoming! The front desk staff were the BEST! I actually look forward to going back! It was such a positive experience!
