Looking for a new Dermatologist. Brian Ransdell is a very good dermatologist, a nice guy, and pretty skilled with a mohs surgery scalpel if you need that. But at Longhorn Dermatology the talent and patient care ends there. Four messages this week went ignored. I finally got to Gracie at the front desk who called me a liar (twice about two separate issues) and hung up on me.
