My family used Longleaf for several weeks and they were AMAZING. We had an experience with another company that was unfavorable and Longleaf was able to come out quickly and help us in a dire and emotional crisis. When a loved one gets a terminal diagnosis, things change in an instant. Pam and the Nurses and caregivers at Longleaf were skilled and compassionate and were able to provide the tender and experienced care we needed. My mother entered into Longleaf Hospice due to a horrible terminal cancer diagnosis. We were told by her doctors that she would either strangle to death or the cancer would spread to her brain and put her in a coma. Unfortunately, it was her fate to strangle due to the tumor in her neck blocking her airway, but the nurses and chaplain at Longleaf kept her comfortable during her transition.
