My mom had a pacemaker placed today and everything went well but I wanted to give a special shoutout to Marisol who was my mom's recovery nurse. She was such a sweet, patient soul and took great care of my mom until the moment she put her in the car. Hold on to her, she's great!

First, I would like to see a special special special shout out to One of your RN her name is Kymber she was so amazing from the time they bought me upstairs to the time I got ready to be released. She was by my side 100% making sure I didn't need anything didn't want for anything. She went above when I say above and for me, I never met no one like her and they also was another nurse her name was Bauey I don't know if I'm spelling her name wrong but she's a RN as well. I recently discovered my 53-year-old nephew, who lives with my husband and me, unconscious. After calling 911, he was taken to Regional Medical Center, in Longview, to the ER. Since I am an old retired RN, I was allowed to stay with my nephew most of the time while he was being treated. CT scan found that he a devastating brain hemorrhage. After some hours, he was placed on life support and transported to a Dallas hospital. His case was hopeless and he expired the next day. I cannot say enough good things about Regional. Regional has always been my fav. Any day over good shepherd. Had all three of my kids there. Dr's are always nice in er and hospital as well as nurses and staff. Great place to be with anything.

Hands down worst hospital experience ever. My son had chicken and bones stuck in his esophagus. Took him to regional ER. He was gagging and spitting up blood. We came in about 9:30PM. The GI doctor said it could wait until the morning. We sat there until they picked him up for the OR at 7:00 AM. He was gagging, chocking still spitting up blood and in pain for 10 hours! This could have turned out so badly, and yet NP and nurses all seemed to find this acceptable. Never again!

I have been a patient of Dr McClure since 1996. I have been blown up multiple surgeries. I trusted Mr McClure with my life for a long time. I have been diagnosed with long term chronic pain insomnia PTSD Cancer among many other medical problems. I have Been on strong medication for around 20 years he has recently cancelled me as a patient. I guess I am too much of a liability for him. I've tried to get my Mother an appointment for weeks. They misplaced the referral more than once and I left countless messages with the appointment coordinators to try to get an appointment scheduled. I couldn't get a call back. I practically begged the front line (she was very nice) to just put me on hold and go get someone for me to actually TALK to. Since this was impossible for her to do she forwarded me to the directors line. Another message and another unreturned call..

This is a horrible hospital to go to. I'm not sure if the doctors and nurses or horrible at their jobs or if they lack black nurses and doctors. Been waiting for about 4 hours and no one has help, and a nurse has hardly checked in on me. DO NOT COME HERE ! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is the worse hospital ever. My husband was in the covid section of the hospital where they would not feed him nor would they give him water. The doctors weren't available to discuss any treatment. They gave my husband a drug they knew would kill him, filled his lungs with water then operated to remove the water so they said. He died the next day after his surgery. The doctor wasn't very nice, I am hoping this hospital and the employees in charge of covid patients do prison time.
