This place is saving my life. I didn't come in with high expectations because in addiction its almost always wash ,rinse and repeat but working the program I have been helped so so much. Everyone is amazing. From the front desk to the counselors and nurses nobody judges you and they talk to you with compassion and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. I came in throwing up, using the bathroom on myself and they have cared since day one. I am not normally a patient at this location. I usually see a provider in Maine. Ran into some issues with my end of the visit and couldn't get it sorted out. Nina is the most amazing window lady. Made me feel comfortable and like they were on my side from day 1of calling them. I was super stressed on a vacation and needed to get things sorted out because my counselor up home messed everything up. Nina went above and beyond what my providers up home even attempted to do. #TEAMNINA This is my first clinic experience & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and genuinely do their best, was easy to get started here, took maybe a week to get a stable dose. Most days I'm in and out in 5 minutes.
I have been to 3 other methadone clinics and this is by far the best one . The staff is amazing and kind. They keep you're information private. Also they don't judge you here at ctc . Melissa and Precious are the best nurses 💓. Nina is the sweetest front desk lady . She goes above and beyond. Lastly Anna is the best Counselor I actually enjoy talking to her . If you would like to switch clinics I would choose this one.
Transferred from my clinic which was a total nightmare to a calm easy and fast treatment facility. They took my insurance and dosed me that day everyone was very nice and they were able to keep my phase and everything once I signed my information transfer from the other clinic they got everything ready fast 10/10 I give this place. This place is a Treatment Facility not a Clinic in my eyes these people care for there patients and want to help! Thanks Everyone!
