Guest dosed here for 3 days. Only complaint was being out of work currently, $25 each day of dosing (guests pay$15+ extra $10 for the guest fee) was a lot, but the rest can’t justify dropping a star for that. Facility itself looks like a hospital, not a dingy crack house like many clinics. Makes you feel as if you coming to a medical facility, not a trap house. I have been to a few Clinics and treatment services before and I wish to God Almighty that I had either found this place first OR that every other place was run as good and smoothly as this place is. This isn't the same old place that just wants to take your money and then use your treatment against you to punish you. The people here care and are wonderful. This place is saving my life. I didn't come in with high expectations because in addiction its almost always wash ,rinse and repeat but working the program I have been helped so so much. Everyone is amazing. From the front desk to the counselors and nurses nobody judges you and they talk to you with compassion and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. I came in throwing up, using the bathroom on myself and they have cared since day one. I am not normally a patient at this location. I usually see a provider in Maine. Ran into some issues with my end of the visit and couldn't get it sorted out. Nina is the most amazing window lady. Made me feel comfortable and like they were on my side from day 1of calling them. I was super stressed on a vacation and needed to get things sorted out because my counselor up home messed everything up. Nina went above and beyond what my providers up home even attempted to do. #TEAMNINA This is my first clinic experience & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and genuinely do their best, was easy to get started here, took maybe a week to get a stable dose. Most days I'm in and out in 5 minutes.
