This place is saving my life. I didn't come in with high expectations because in addiction its almost always wash ,rinse and repeat but working the program I have been helped so so much. Everyone is amazing. From the front desk to the counselors and nurses nobody judges you and they talk to you with compassion and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone struggling with opiate addiction. I came in throwing up, using the bathroom on myself and they have cared since day one. #TEAMNINA This is my first clinic experience & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Staff is friendly and genuinely do their best, was easy to get started here, took maybe a week to get a stable dose. Most days I'm in and out in 5 minutes.
I am not normally a patient at this location. I usually see a provider in Maine. Ran into some issues with my end of the visit and couldn't get it sorted out. Nina is the most amazing window lady. Made me feel comfortable and like they were on my side from day 1of calling them. I was super stressed on a vacation and needed to get things sorted out because my counselor up home messed everything up. Nina went above and beyond what my providers up home even attempted to do. I was a patient with Longwood CTC for a little over 1 year. I found the clinic staff to be kind, courteous and caring. I was always in compliance and never had a single positive drug screen. I was also courteous and kind to everyone there. However, there was an unforseen issue that forced me to leave the clinic voluntarily. I will still look back fondly on my time with Longwood CTC. This clinic is the best one around, period. The people who work here truly care for your recovery and your future. It is orderly, clean, and you are in and out very quick. It' really the genuine care of the everyone who works here from the doctor, to clinical supervisor, to the sweet front desk girl and all the counselors and nurses! Love it here.
