My fiance is an addict. I've written this clinic and called half a dozen times about her overdosing on her take homes. No response. No change. In fact they upped her take homes. She gets a week of take homes, and she's always a couple days short because she drinks them early. Two bottles in one day. She nods out in public. Falls asleep while she drives.
