I am not normally a patient at this location. I usually see a provider in Maine. Ran into some issues with my end of the visit and couldn't get it sorted out. Nina is the most amazing window lady. Made me feel comfortable and like they were on my side from day 1of calling them. Transferred from my clinic which was a total nightmare to a calm easy and fast treatment facility. They took my insurance and dosed me that day everyone was very nice and they were able to keep my phase and everything once I signed my information transfer from the other clinic they got everything ready fast 10/10 I give this place. I have been to 3 other methadone clinics and this is by far the best one . The staff is amazing and kind. They keep you're information private. Also they don't judge you here at ctc . Melissa and Precious are the best nurses 💓. Nina is the sweetest front desk lady . She goes above and beyond. Lastly Anna is the best Counselor I actually enjoy talking to her . If you would like to switch clinics I would choose this one.
This clinic is the best one around, period. The people who work here truly care for your recovery and your future. It is orderly, clean, and you are in and out very quick. It' really the genuine care of the everyone who works here from the doctor, to clinical supervisor, to the sweet front desk girl and all the counselors and nurses! Love it here.
