Would not recommend. Buildings are not smoke free your personal belongings will be damaged by the second hand smoke or weed tenants are smoking inside their apartments. Zero to little snow removal during the heaviest of snows. Maintaince almost never responds promptly and many of these units have electrical and water pressure problems.
I am currently living here. Since I moved in, I have had many problems with the unit. First, the air conditioning was not working properly; it took them more than 15 days to send someone to my apartment! The maintenance man recommended that I turn off the air conditioning from time to time to let the engine cool down; well, that was very inconvenient as it only worked for a few minutes and then needed to be turned off and on in order to work again, but as the weather was getting less hot, I had no problem again. Scheduled a showing, drove 30 minutes and was on time. No one was there to do the showing and I waited around for 30 minutes. No one called me back or called to cancel the showing. Had to then drive another 30 minutes home.
I loved living there was so peaceful and the staff was very nice. Any time you had a problem they get to it right away.
Very quiet place to live. I love living here. The apartments are nice size.
