Lori phoned to connect me up with a phone appointment with her today, which I had forgotten despite it being written down. I have been falling apart over acute family problems involving our 98 year old father who was just discharged from the hospital without follow-up care. She talked me through what was going on. I cannot take care of these problems, particularly if others choose to be in charge. She called just at the right time to get me up on my feet again. Thanks, Lori.
