Excellent and Lori is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough.
heres a riddle for dwyer. how many times does a person need to call to get 1 med refilled? It is not 5-7 times because i have left 3or 4 mesages and my pharmacist has left 2or 3. please im begging u lori to just do your job just this 1 time . we will see.
Was just on hold for 20+ minutes. Office staff cannot walk and chew gum. While Lori is attentive when you are in the office, if you try to get anything done by phone (refills, referrals) expect nothing to be done to your liking. She really needs to hire more competent office staff. I will be switching out of this practice. Its not worth athe aggravation.
