I appreciated how the doctor examined my concerns without rushing. They asked detailed questions and made sure I understood the treatment plan. The office environment was calm and the nurse was helpful during the visit. I felt like the doctor really cared about my well being throughout.
We followed Dr. Lan from RAMBLC and so glad we did. Yes - the move to Stanford made things feel a little more "clinical" but worth it! For example. Not the same person checking you in (Connie was the best!), and they aren't as responsive via phone, but still responsive. Love that the notes are in Epic/MyChart though. Dr. Lan is an incredible pediatrician! He makes sure to really get to know his patients and their families. I never feel rushed in my appointments with him. We followed Dr. Schneider here from Ramblc. I have not been impressed. First appt, we stood in line for close to 30 minutes. The nurse then rushed us pointing out that we were late (surely she could see this was the office staff's doing). Next experience was I needed to get my daughter in to see Dr. Schneider due to her being ill and not getting better. I am a teacher and needed to arrive after school hours. The receptionist would not make me an appt stating they needed to fill all of the morning spots first. That is absu... read more
