Don't do it to yourself...look elsewhere. The apartment I received had a full on sewer gnat infestation...yes a INFESTATION. Nothing that their maintenance, their professional pest control, a plumber, or even Orkin (that I personally paid for) could get rid of. Please look at the photos I uploaded for reference. I reached out to management multiple times and got the run around with no true results. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT RENT FROM 1ST LAKE APARTMENTS.
