This is the worst apartment complex to live. You will have a new property manager every 3-6 months (who are not capable of doing anything for you) as well as limited rental office hours. Your apartment, no matter how clean, will have roach and pest infestations that are impossible to remedy by yourself or maintenance/pest control. When you try to leave, they’ll illegally delay your process with your new place. Run fast and far.
We had the wonderful experience of meeting with Ms. Lisa and Ms. Cassie who were so very helpful and did an amazing job of breaking down everything we needed to know. They made this a wonderful transition!
I transferred here from another 1st lake property and living here has been awesome! Everyone has been nice to me especially the manager Paige. Neighborhood is so much better and the actual apartments are better also. The only complaint I have is getting maintenance to come fix anything does take a while but I understand they are understaffed. Overall I love living here. Thank you lost bayou.
Don't do it to yourself...look elsewhere. The apartment I received had a full on sewer gnat infestation...yes a INFESTATION. Nothing that their maintenance, their professional pest control, a plumber, or even Orkin (that I personally paid for) could get rid of. Please look at the photos I uploaded for reference. I reached out to management multiple times and got the run around with no true results. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT RENT FROM 1ST LAKE APARTMENTS.
The maintenance staff and property manager are amazing. The current maintenance person, Ash, and the property manager, Jessica, make an amazing team.. They are the best team here yet in my 9+ years living here. Both of them really care about the tenants as people and residents. They are always willing to talk to me, hear any comments about the property and act upon any needs that I or other residents express. This is a small community, which is pretty quiet and very safe. I love calling the Lost Bayou home.
