I had my teeth removed in 2019 as part of a treatment plan that was provided by my honorable service and disability pension plan. I then went a whole year waiting for implant surgery. I was then shuffled to another Doctor where I remained with only long healing abutments(no teeth at all) for an additional year, as I eagerly attended any and every "fitting" appointment in hopes of receiving teeth. The staff here is amazing. It was my first visit. When I came in the door I was nervous Ms. Lisa answered all my questions and was very nice, didn’t make me feel like a bother or anything. Next I met Ms. Victoria she took me in the back and I really didn’t want different people in my mouth besides the dentist himself. She had me laughing and made me feel like family. Serena is a very knowledgeable dental hygienist. Very thorough, explained the procedures as if she was the dentist herself. Answered every question my husband could think of( and of course he asked a lot of questions 😊 she went above and beyond making sure he understood everything. Serena is a very friendly, sweet and kind young lady. Thanks for putting up with my hubby😂
Dr. Vidrine and his staff are spectacular. Would definitely recommend this office for anyone! They got me in same day for a dental emergency I couldn’t have thanked the whole staff enough! I thought my procedure was going to be long, Dr Vidrine was so quick it was amazing Serena the assistant so nice and made me comfortable. Great team
