Fantastic experience. I saw Colin Strack, PA-C. He is kind, personable, and explains everything clearly so that I could understand. The care is collaborative and I felt like a partner in next steps and decision making. Colin has excellent bedside manner and an encyclopedic knowledge of medicine. Highly recommend!

What a great experience having everything explained while having a tube put down your nose! I knew exactly where it was going n why it got blocked. The front office had great recommendation on where to go for lunch n they were right about a great breakfast. Thanks for keeping me calm n informed.

Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The appointment happened on time and took less time then anticipated. Deanna was very kind, professional, and supportive. Not a fun medical experience but Deanna was encouraging and understanding making it quite tolerable.

The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. She checked me in w/o problem within a few minutes. Deanna, RN, took the time to explain the process in detail. She kept reassuring me thru the procedure which helped me relax. She worked efficiently placing the tube thru my nose into my esophagus. She reminded me when to swallow and when to breathe through my nose which made the procedure tolerable. Thank you for excellent service.
