Zakiya and Marnet are fantastic at providing care and are very knowledgeable. Such a kind atmosphere, every time I stop by the office they are always greeting me with loving arms, I can’t think of a better team! Zakiya (owner of Loving Arms) and Loving Arms provided aides for my sister for 8 years. She had wonderful care and love throughout that time. They provided oversight of her case and were real teammates with me on her care. I can’t say enough for them.
When I was not at home there was a phone call for me and it was from a very established hospital. My husband answered the phone and told the hospital person that I was not at home and that I would be back later. At this point, our caregiver took over the phone and told the person that she should call me later and talk with me directly. Later the hospital person praised our caregiver's action.
