Such a kind and welcoming environment! Very easy going process for my appointment even with the nerves I had prior! Dr.Heitman was very knowledgeable and talked me through the whole process helping make me more comfortable! Highly recommend Lowcountry Endodontics!

At first I was very scared and nervous to get a root canal done as I’ve never had one before. Once I got in the staff in the front office were very welcoming, and I don’t remember the young lady name but she was amazing we’ve talked and she gave me great advice about kids…. Fast forward, Dr. Hietman was AMAZING, he talked me through the whole process and reassured me that I will not feel any pain, and nevertheless I didn’t! An outstanding experience from start to finish. Lowcountry Endodontics scheduled an appointment as soon as possible to diagnose and treat my tooth pain after a referral from my dentist. The practice made sure that my dental insurance would help cover the cost. Dr. Heitman was welcoming, efficient and informative with his diagnosis. He performed an immediate root canal that was entirely painless. I highly recommend this practice.
Absolutely outstanding practice. Lori is an angel and Dr Heitman was wonderful. A root canal is probably the last thing you’d like to have done but he made it as pleasant as humanly possible. Amazing staff and experience all around. Thank you for helping me ☺️
