Absolutely outstanding practice. Lori is an angel and Dr Heitman was wonderful. A root canal is probably the last thing you’d like to have done but he made it as pleasant as humanly possible. Amazing staff and experience all around. Thank you for helping me ☺️
Had a very impressive and satisfying first visit. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They have state of the art diagnostic equipment. Dr Heitman has a great bedside manner and spent a lot of time going over my scan and discussing all of my options and answering all my questions.
Dr. Heitman and his staff are professional, friendly, and very skilled. I felt comfortable throughout the dreaded root canal… His explaining what was going on, and soft banter helped me to relax. It is the day after, and I am drinking ice water again! Very happy.
The office staff was kind and friendly. Dr. Heitman did an excellent job of explaining everything and helping me to not worry. I am very happy with the results of my procedure.
Dr. Heitman and his staff are EXCELLENT. Lorrie greeted me with a smile and put me at ease prior to my root canal. Once in the dental chair, his assistant took x-rays of my tooth and was careful around the painful area. Dr. Heitman was AMAZING.
