Thank you so much to Tiffany from the reception area. She always makes the time to answer all of my questions and explain my next steps and the website and everything else - this is something I’ve noticed with myself and with every patient that comes up to her. I’m very grateful because going in with health concerns is always a stressful experience and encountering a friendly face makes the experience a lot better. Thank you again Tiffany and to everyone else at Loyola!

Terrible people. I can't get my prescription because they ignore the pharmacy. Cant even schedule an appointment because they have this stupid automated system now that is no help.

I drove from far to take my mom to this office. I used the washroom in the 1st fl. There was tissue and paper towels everywhere. Took my mom to Suite 202 to see the doctor, only to get greeted by some disgusting used gloves in the waiting area. To me that just says they are very unsanitary. The carpet needs to be deep cleaned. It smells! I do not know how they stay in business. The health department needs to pay this office a visit immediately. Yuuuuuuck! My mother will NOT come here everrr again.

The receptionist who answered the phone was incredibly rude. The menu options included “refilling a prescription”, which I needed. However, when I said this to the receptionist, they yelled at me “this is not a drug store. call your drug store.” and hung up. I was in disbelief that she didn’t even let me explain that I needed to see my doctor to get my refill so I called back but was sent immediately to voicemail, which I can only assume the receptionist did.
