Staff was pleasant and professional. Was called in office within 10 minutes Nurse was pleasant and friendly and did her job Made me feel at ease Dr came in checked me out Got swab results Sent meds to drug store and I was on my way. All and 25 minutes here sure beats hours in ER. After reading some of the bad reviews about this place because I thought it was great

First visit here (accompanying a friend who needed a ride) and I hope it's the last. The mere fact that no one actually comes out to the waiting area to call patients, but only yells the names from some unseen location down the hall, is bad enough in and of itself. But then throw in a desk staff that acts with annoyance and impatience toward patients, speaks too softly to be heard by people waiting, plus poor signage to help people know where to be as a walk-up patient or one with a scheduled appointment. I would’ve given them a 5 but the receptionist was very unprofessional. My daughter who is 18 years old took my son to urgent care after he had an accident at school. I was at my doctor’s appointment and could not leave at that time. She was informed by receptionist (White ethnicity) in the front desk she could not register my son until I arrived, she proceeded to inform the receptionist she was over 18 years old and provided her with her ID while also explaining I was on my way. I will definitely not be visiting this location ever again. I been a part of Loyola patient since I was 14 years old. And this is by far the worse experience I have had. I have been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. I see other people who come in after me go right in. I walked up to the Hispanic lady to ask what the wait time is because I been waiting, the African American lady next to her got into the conversation being very rude and loud, saying you have to wait to be called and taken care of. I’m blown away how terrible this place is. I’ve been here maybe 5 times over 5 years and one of the doctors here.. female, is just outright not wanting to be helpful. My wife had this experience with her and now I have twice. I have a fever of 102 for 4 days! My lymph nodes on one side of my jaw are swollen. She said because I didn’t test positive for flu or strep it’s “just one of the many viruses going around and I just have to wait it out”. No relief or anything.
