My family and I are deeply grateful to the doctors, nurses, and entire medical team at Loyola who cared for my brother during his illness. We truly appreciate their dedication, compassion, and the effort they made to provide him with the best possible care. Their kindness and support meant more to our family than words can express during an incredibly difficult time. We will always be thankful to Loyola and to everyone who was part of my brother’s medical team.
My wife had a minor surgical procedure scheduled at 3:30. At 3:30 they say it would be another hour as they were running behind. At 4:45 they said it would be another 20 minutes (but only because I asked). We went a long period of time with nobody checking on her. Prior to all that, she received help to go to the restroom because she was all hooked up. They told her to them know when she was done. She did but nobody came to get her.
I had a wonderful experience at this hospital when my baby was born. The staff was caring, professional, and very supportive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Julia from the night shift in the baby unit—she was amazing, kind, and attentive, and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate all the help and support we received during such an important time.
I’m deeply concerned with the level of care that my daughter is receiving as I will be a first time grandmother 💕 My daughter is currently receiving care at Loyola University Medical Center and she goes to the Loyola Women's outpatient center. I would appreciate any insight on Labor & Delivery!!’ I will be traveling there soon for the birth of my first grandchild. I would appreciate helpful feedback. Thank you !!!
The issue I have when I call via phone for login assistance with My Chart I am routed to central scheduling every time. I provided a call backnumber and was still transferred again. My chart acknowledges my credentials and after entering a verification code their site automatically logs you out. Thinking about seeking physicians elsewhere if this issue is not resolved.
