The driver missed our recycling pick up. We called that very day to let them know, and were hung up on. We called again a week later and still no pick up. We are paying them and they are accepting our payments, but not providing recycling pick up. When we called back they said there is nothing they could do about a missed pick up. Still havent shown up!?
The driver missed my recycle bin but took care of both my neighbors from the left and right hand side. Called the company and said they would pick it up by the end the of the day or the next day by 7pm. So far its been 5 days. I reached out multiple times and its always the same **** answer. Should of been picked up that same day before the drivers went back to base. ******** excuse of a company.
