I had an encounter with a LRS truck the other morning. Wreckless lane changing using his truck size to invade ones lane. Then he did it to me and that's when I realized the truck had no plates? So I took pictures. IDOT #3762335
After taking over our small waste removal company. The service has gone downhill drastically. They have missed pick ups, and they no longer are recycling, even though that's in their name, so basically less service for the same price. All the neighbors are complaining and I had my first experience with her customer service, which is very difficult to get through. Everytimetime you call, get a name! They love to just hang up on you when they have done something wrong. When you ask for their name they mumble it or ignore you, so you have to ask for it multiple times. Rachel, Jessica, and another one with the worst attitude will just disconnect the call. Been calling for a week and been on hold for 30+ minutes each time with no one answering. Service was bad before and just getting worse
LRS is a good place and has good workers and was a good choice for chicago recycling
Break noise ordinance in the 35th ward of Chicago every week. Even go so low as to cover their license plate to avoid consequences for their illegal, unprofessional behavior. I have several photos and video of evidence and have reported it. Apparently, according to the aldermans office, I'm not the only one who had complained.
