I called for a yard waste bin since the home I purchased didn’t come with one. I called and the person on the phone said it would be at my house in 2 weeks. 2 weeks came and I called. I paid on the phone. 8 weeks later I got the bin. I received a letter in the mail saying I had not paid it. I emailed and called this company to ... read more
Easy to get in and out of off Harlem. When I drove in, I saw a visitor sign with arrows to the right and followed. Don't do that. Go to the left or north of building to scale.
This company is clearly without organization. They picked up a contract with our village. No customer ID...just pay the bill. If you're late, they suspend service without notice. I'll take full responsibility for being late, however 100s of neighbors are in the same boat.
First time here and not a bad place to get loaded. I was loaded in a decent time no complaints there. My issue is with the lady at the scale house Ogre Moreno. She is very rude and has a bad attitude and disrespectful. Other than that pretty quick in and out.
I was there on a Saturday at 1:20pm to dump my trailer and the person said they closed at 1:30pm and wouldn't let me dump it.
