Our garbage has not been picked up for 3 weeks. LRS has been informed by their missed stop form and by email. No communication received. Attempted to call multiple times and no one will pickup the phone at the Napoleon station.
LRS is a terrible company to do your dumpster! Our dumpster was literally rusting apart at the base. There were giant wholes at the base that was allowing trash to blow all over our yard and animals to get inside and tear out trash! We notified them of the problem and requested that they bring us out a new one. We called again and was told it would be delivered that day and we waited and still no new dumpster. Modern/LRS has been absolutely wonderful! Their team is always so friendly and goes the extra mile to make trash day special for our two young kids who love watching the “trash truck.” They always honk and wave, which makes our kids’ faces light up every time. It’s such a simple gesture, but they’re helping us create some really sweet core memories. Thank you, Modern/LRS!
I needed to set up service in a second location, and I needed it done quickly. In the course of doing this, I became aware of the fact that I had an outstanding bill. It turned out ths I had transposed a number which resulted in a "short" payment. The resulting late fees, etc. increased the bill. Fortunately, I was put in contact with Kitty Curtis in their accounting department. The trash is scheduled to be picked up every other Wednesday. It was not picked up last week. It was not picked up today. The bin is overflowing. I tried calling LRS twice today. I was on hold for more than eight minutes each time, and gave up. Last month they missed two pickups. I pay a lot of money for nothing.
