I needed to set up service in a second location, and I needed it done quickly. In the course of doing this, I became aware of the fact that I had an outstanding bill. It turned out ths I had transposed a number which resulted in a "short" payment. The resulting late fees, etc. increased the bill. Fortunately, I was put in contact with Kitty Curtis in their accounting department. LRS is a terrible company to do your dumpster! Our dumpster was literally rusting apart at the base. There were giant wholes at the base that was allowing trash to blow all over our yard and animals to get inside and tear out trash! We notified them of the problem and requested that they bring us out a new one. We called again and was told it would be delivered that day and we waited and still no new dumpster. After 120 days, we finally gave up and cancelled our service and went with another company. We can't get them to rem... read more

This place needs to be shut down. They were fine when they modern. Use anyone but them. We cancelled back in September 2024. They pulled an automatic payment for another billing period without our consent. We’ve been trying to get our money back since then. Fast forward and we were just randomly 7 months later. The original receptionist acknowledged way back when and said it would refunded. Never did. We call and email and either get no answer or the runaround. Last time they said it was escalated to a supervisor. No respon... read more

Ordered a "roll-off with LRS, and wanted to let everyone (esp. her boss) know how helpful Beverly was! From describing the sizes to looking up a picture of my home so we all (like the driver) were on the same page. All my questions were answered in a super friendly & professional way. The list of what not to put in she even gave to me twice ('cause I write slow). How to pay was made easy too, did I mention GREAT PRICE! Thanks LRS for having a great employee like Beverly (thanx Bev).

I receive excellent services, Dawson Miller comes through every week doing a great job! I have multiple service providers in my area. LRS containers and trucks look so much better, always doing a wonderful job. Thank you
