I would like to work for this company at the Napoleon Mich office answering the phone to help people with paying there bill!!! Because apparently no one knows how to answer the phone!! It shouldn't be this frustrating to pay a bill..now I'll probably get a late charge because of no one can answer a phone 🤦♀️
